Only thanks to the close cooperation of our specialists from different departments, is it possible to produce fish products that win reputable prizes and the love of clients from year to year.

This year our product “Mildly salted anchovy” won the “Estonian best fish product 2019” prize.

Our president Kersti Kaljulaid will participate in the awarding for the third year in a row and will hand over the award personally.

Primarily we would like to shed light on our production workers. These are the people that are involved in the process of producing quality products.

The final high-quality product, which meets all the requirements, is made by the hands of those workers.

DEVICES

Thanks to high-tech devices, the workers only have to check the process and stack the products. The workers don’t have to cut and slice the fish manually because nearly all of the production process has been automated. This improves productivity and quality.

That is why the company invests more than 1 000 000 euros annually into upgrading the devices and automation. It is necessary for ensuring the position of advantage among other competitors and please the customer with new tastes.

Area of responsibility: promotion of products in new markets, introducing purchasers to our products and the health benefits of fish in general.

Cooperation with Association of Estonian Food Industry, The Estonian Ministry of Rural Affairs and The Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Thanks to the sales and marketing department, the clients of Briis can taste our products in different supermarket chains, take part in social media contests and win tasty delicacies. The employees carry out awareness campaigns in schools and kindergartens, where they talk about the health benefits of fish. In addition we constantly take part in charity events.

Another important area of responsibility of the sales and marketing department is entering new markets with our products. To find out the needs and wishes of purchasers, we conduct complete market studies.

A specific pricing policy is developed, a plan to promote a better market, advertisement and trademark strategy, new packaging designs are developed and a lot more.
